Membership meetings take place in the evenings and are convened at least twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. Attendance by at least one family member at each meeting is mandatory.
Classroom orientations are usually scheduled in the fall before school begins, and are mandatory for all parents and non-parent volunteers that plan to co-op during the school year. Families receive state licensing training credits for attending these functions.
